Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Items damaged by the customer (unless clear proof shows it arrived damaged).

Sale or promotional items (including but not limited to Summer, Winter, Eid, Autumn, Stock Clearance, or Discount Code purchases).
Exchanges
The quickest way to get your desired item is to return the original (once accepted) and place a new order separately.
Please note: A 35% charge of the original invoice amount will apply to all exchange requests.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

30% of the original amount will be deducted.

The remaining balance will be refunded to your preferred payment method.
