Return & Refund Policy – Decoreghar

At Decoreghar, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth return or refund process.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • The purchase date must be within 15 days of your return request.

To initiate a return, please email us at decoregharofficial@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return address. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged by the customer (unless clear proof shows it arrived damaged).

  • Sale or promotional items (including but not limited to Summer, Winter, Eid, Autumn, Stock Clearance, or Discount Code purchases).


Exchanges

The quickest way to get your desired item is to return the original (once accepted) and place a new order separately.
Please note: A 35% charge of the original invoice amount will apply to all exchange requests.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

  • 30% of the original amount will be deducted.

  • The remaining balance will be refunded to your preferred payment method.

Please allow 3–12 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
